Mood: Feel Good • Social • “I'm Glad I Came” This isn't dead arrival time.

The party has already started, just at about 60%.

HOST MISSION: Find birthdays, girlfriends' nights, moms/daughters, first-timers and people who came alone. Those become callbacks later in the show.

6:30–7:15 PM — THROWBACK TAKEOVER
Mood: Recognition • Release • Sing Every Word

Now we deliberately start filling the dance floor.

The host isn't announcing songs. She's creating permission to act ridiculous.

7:15–8:15 PM — GODDESS MODE: ON

Mood: Peak Energy • Sweat • Confidence

This is the cardio-without-calling-it-cardio hour.

Music: “Break My Soul” — Beyoncé • “Levitating” — Dua Lipa • “Rain on Me” — Lady Gaga & Ariana Grande • “Dance the Night” — Dua Lipa • “Can't Stop the Feeling!” — Justin Timberlake • “Shake It Off” — Taylor Swift • “Work B**ch” — Britney Spears • “Run the World (Girls)” — Beyoncé Immersive moments: DJ mashup • dance-off • 3-minute choreographed routine everyone can learn • lip-sync battle • Goddess Cam • surprise performer/instructor • confetti moment. And here's where I would steal from the best live shows: Give them ONE thing they'll tell somebody about tomorrow. It doesn't have to be expensive. A surprise song. A local celebrity. 100 women suddenly doing the same dance. A mother/daughter moment. A 70-year-old Goddess absolutely owning the stage.

8:15–8:45 PM — THE BIG SING Mood: Euphoric • Nostalgic • Together Bring the intensity down slightly without bringing the party down.

Music: “Dancing Queen” — ABBA • “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” — Cyndi Lauper • “Believe” — Cher • “Roar” — Katy Perry • “Stronger” — Kelly Clarkson • “Truth Hurts” — Lizzo This section should have lyrics on the big screens. Lights come up enough that people can see one another. Now 300–500 strangers aren't individually dancing. They're singing together.

8:45–9:00 PM — CROWN THE NIGHT Mood: Joy • Gratitude • Connection I LOVE your Whitney/Journey ending, but I'd reverse the order.

“Don't Stop Believin'” — Journey Huge arms-around-your-friends sing-along.

Then the finale: “I Wanna Dance with Somebody” — Whitney Houston That's the Goddesses anthem.

Everyone back on the floor.
Host on stage. Lights.
Video. Confetti if we've got it.
Then the host closes: “You spend so much of your life taking care of everybody else. Tonight was yours. Take this feeling with you—and don't wait so long to do it again.”

And then the screens change to:
